Maybelline superstay lip color(lipstick) stays longer than the superstay lip gloss.It stay for about 8hours or sometimes even stays a bit longer if you take little extra care while eating,drinking or kissing,etc .If you eat oily food the lipcolor may get removed.Like the superstay lipgloss the lip color has got two parts-one side has the liquid color and the other side has conditioning balm.

You must not apply the color part very darkly or else it will chip off.Apply the color first on bare lips and wait for about two minutes until it dries,then apply the conditioning balm.The color I bought is "Everlasting wine 745 ".




It is dark red like wine,even can be said darker than wine.The color is perfect to wear in festivals.Those who prefer dark shades will love this color,however I do not prefer the color for regular use but I do love the dark red color of it.
  I can wear both the superstay colors I have either as lipstick or as lip gloss,this is the advantage the two parts of the lipcolors gives.I use the colored part on my lips and then either apply the lip gloss or lip balm that I get with them.The superstay lip gloss consists of a color and a clear gloss; the lip color consists of a color and a conditioning balm.
  Superstay lip color(lipstick) is a bit hard to remove,it takes a little extra time and gentleness is very necessary while removing the color.Unlike other longstay lip colors it never leaves your lips severally dry and cracked.But your lips should not be cracked if you decide to use this lipstick,or else it will make the cracks more visible .The best thing is to scrub you lips with lip balm on a baby tooth brush to get smooth lips.But your lips should be completely bare(no lip balm) when you apply the lip color.
  The price is reasonable compared to other longstay lipsticks-Rs.390.
