Shitli kumbhak pranayam: It has the potential to reduce facial wrinkles.It also improves blood circulation,purifies the blood,reduces toxins,acidity and prevents skin infections.

Process: fold the tongue so that it protudes a little from the mouth.Slowly inhale through the mouth.While inhaling you should feel a coolness inside the neck.Then,swallow the breath and hold it inside your stomach.Hold breath for few seconds and then slowly exhale through the nose.
