How to gain weight?

Eat foods like all types of nuts,bananas,if you do not have lactose intolerance then go for milk and milk products,peanut butter,raisins,dates,rice,lentils,etc.Eat lots of bananas and nuts.
Do yoga regularly.Yes yoga is must for every people.Yoga improves your over all health and helps you to get perfect body weight you always dream for.Some recommended yogas are "kapalbhati","anulom vilom",etc.
