Reduce hair fall and promote hair growth

Some proven and well known remedies to tackle hair fall and increase hair growth are:
  • Massage: massage your scalp daily with your fingers before sleeping at night.This will increase hair growth and stop hair if followed daily.This is an step to get healthy hair.
  • Excessive oily or dry hair both can cause hair fall.Dry hair splits off  and thus is a type off hair fall. Excessive oiliness can weaken hair follicle and thus causes hair fall.So maintain a perfect balance.Do not oil your hair daily. 
  • Ten minutes before shampoo apply a mixture of cinnamon powder,honey and olive oil.This is an well known and proven method for hair fall.
  • massage your hair twice a week with hot olive oil (those who have oily scalp),almond or coconut oil(those who have dry scalp) and shampoo after about three hours.You can also follow this at night and shampoo next morning.
  • mix some aloe vera gel with olive oil and apply on your scalp and leave for an hour or two.Now shampoo as usual.
  • heat some coconut oil or olive oil with some pepper corns.Through away the peppers after heating the oil.wait till the oil becomes warm.know massage your scalp with it.This will improve blood circulation and will promote hair growth.
  • scrub the bald area with halved onion and then with honey.wash of after one to two hours.
  • wash your hair every alternate day or shampoo just twice a week.It is also necessary to keep scalp clean,so you need to shampoo twice a week.
  • do not brush or tie wet hair.wet hair is weak so do not pull or tie wet hair.
  • try to keep your stomach clean to stop hair fall.Take to teaspoon triphala  powder with water every night.
  • do yoga regularly and drink eight glass of water daily.you can eat a hand full of sesame seeds daily.A handfull of sesame seeds contains enough magnesium and calcium needed for hair growth
  • daily intake of five curry leaves can improves hair growth because it contains keratin of which hair is made up of.
  • external care of hair is not enough.Egg,milk,milk products,chicken,meat,nuts,vegetables and fruits are considered very good for hair.
  • avoid using hair styling products on scalp.Do not use hair styling products that dries hair.
  • Every time you shampoo apply hair conditioner only on your hair length to get to get rid of tangles that can cause hair fall.
  • brush your hair at first with white toothed comb and then with your normal comb to avoid tangling.
  • heat oil with garlic in it and then massage your hair with it when it gets warm.
  • if you have very oily hair then apply a paste of fuller's earth on your hair(make the paste by mixing fuller's earth and water).wash off when it dries.
  • mix equal proportion of castor oil and almond oil and massage lightly on scalp.Shampoo after two hours.
  • mustard oil massage also helps to increase blood circulation to improve  hair health.shampoo after two hours of application.
  • according to the scientists stress is the main cause of hair fall.So try to keep stress under control by doing yogas and meditations.
