Japanese Morning banana diet

No dangerous diet chart,no hunger strike,but rather a very simple high fiber diet where you do not have anything to loose besides that extra unhealthy pounds in your body!"when morning banana diet was promoted on Japanese social networking site "MIXI",it became so popular that it caused banana shortage in the nation." According to the makers of morning banana diet one needs to eat only bananas and room temperature water in the morning to loose weight,it hardly matters what one eats during the rest of the day.

But one should have to finish the dinner before 8pm and avoid any sweats,dairy products,alcohol and late night sleep.The reasons why the diet may work is that bananas are said to improve digestion and is high in resistant starch,which a type of fiber that promotes the feeling of fullness and may block the absorption of some carbohydrates.



I cannot provide any personal review on this as I have not followed this diet ever.But you have nothing to loose except body weight,so you can give it a try as this diet over time has become very popular worldwide and people are getting good results.One suggestion from me would be try and eat as much healthy food as you can.Do not consume unhealthy foods always just because the diet allows you to do so.
